Will Williams’ Air Conditioner and Air Condition Systems will begin offering a $10-million incentive package to buyers who buy a Civic, Honda says.
The deal is the latest to offer incentives to buyers in the wake of the U.S. automaker’s March announcement that it would stop making its popular Civic and Civic Hybrid electric vehicles.
The Civic Hybrid will remain on sale in North America and Europe, while the Civic Electric will be available for purchase in the U and Canada.
Will will begin accepting incentives in early 2018, the company said in a statement to Business Insider.
Willis has previously offered incentives to consumers to get their Civic and hybrid cars on the road, and last month the automaker announced a $5,000 bonus to customers who buy its premium models.
The company said it would also be giving $10,000 in cash to anyone who buys a Honda Civic Hybrid, Honda Civic, or Civic EX, which is its premium version of the Civic.
The Honda Civic will be offered in three trim levels.
The basic Civic will come in the standard and luxury versions, and will come with a standard or sport package, which includes air conditioning and heated seats.
The next generation of the model, called the Civic X, will offer an all-electric motor and the ability to park it in the center console.
Willis also said it will be offering incentives to anyone interested in the Civic Hybrid.
The offer will be for the first six months after the initial launch, the automaking giant said.
