A-listers are finally getting into the action.
According to actor-comedian Chris Rock, he’s “100% certain” he’ll make his big screen debut this year, but the actor and comedian is not afraid to admit that his first movie role will be in classic air conditioner.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rock discussed his role in the 1989 movie Genie in which he played the villain.
“I did a scene in the movie, and I think I played a character named ‘Genie,’ and that’s what it was called, and then I was in a scene with the other character, which is kind of funny,” Rock said.
I have so many movies coming up,” he added. “
While it’s possible that Rock’s next role will come in the same vein, he won’t be the only star who’s looking to make a splash on the big screen in the near future.”
Rock, who recently starred in the film Black Hawk Down, also teased a cameo in a recent interview, telling MTV News that he’s already in talks to do a cameo appearance in an upcoming movie.””
There’s going to be a lot of great things coming up.”

“Yeah, I’m already working on that,” he said.
“The thing about movies is that you have to be prepared for the possibility of being in it, but it’s not a guaranteed thing.
I’m working on a script and it’s very funny.
I mean, the only thing that’s guaranteed is that I’ll be in it.”
Rock’s role in Genie was the lead role in a comedy short film that was directed by director John Milius.
The short film was released in 1992 and was later followed by two sequels and a TV series.
The film starred Rock, Gary Sinise, and Billy Crystal, and featured Rock as the lead.
Rock also starred in a number of other movies including the 1992 film The Man From Earth and the 1997 comedy, The Big Lebowski.
In 1999, he starred in Rock’s first feature film, The Last Boy Scout.
