— Jacksonville, Fla., has one of the nation’s top air conditioning centers, with more than 6,000 customers in a town of just over 3,000 people.
But when it comes to its residents’ air conditioning needs, it has its own challenges.
Some customers complain that it doesn’t provide the level of air conditioning needed by their homes.
Others complain that the cooling units in their homes don’t cool enough, even if the air conditioning unit is in their house.
And when it came to what to do about the air conditioner in their home, a problem that was only recently getting worse in recent years, the company is now scrambling to fix.
In December, the Southern Air Conditioner Company sued the city of Jacksonville, alleging it has not adequately addressed air conditioning problems in the city.
The company’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida, alleges that the city has not met air conditioning quality standards in recent decades and that the air-conditioning industry, which relies heavily on air conditioning for cooling, has suffered in the wake of the Great Recession.
A statement from the company read, in part: Our city of Jackson, Florida has experienced an ongoing decline in air conditioning customer satisfaction, which has increased in the past five years.
Our company’s air conditioning service has experienced a significant increase in demand since the advent of refrigeration, but the number of customers that are satisfied with their air conditioners has decreased dramatically.
The number of complaints filed with the city and the number that have been resolved have decreased by an astounding 80% in the last five years and are currently lower than they were in the early 2000s.
The air conditioning company is seeking class-action status for the city in order to pursue any legal remedies that may be required to protect the health and safety of its customers.
Jacksonville has faced similar complaints in recent weeks from other businesses, including a grocery store, a barber shop and a home health care service.
This is an ongoing story.

Jacksons Air Conditioners has a contract with the City of Jacksonville to provide air conditioning services, but it is not a contract between the city or the company.
Air conditioning is not covered by the city’s heating and air conditioning bills.
The city pays Jacksons for the air conditions.
The company does not make money off of the air in the form of money or energy.
It makes money from the city for air conditioning equipment and supplies.
